As promised, today I am sharing my Birthday Bear Cake Topper. He's turning One Year Old as he sits in front of his birthday cupcake, all ready to blow out his candle! Dressed in silver and blue, wearing a blue polka dot birthday hat, he sits approximately 4" tall on a 2 1/2" round base.
